In 2022, Airbnb launched Categories — a whole new way to search for places to stay. It allows guests to discover homes they didn’t even know they could stay in…in places they didn’t even know existed. So if you want to stay by a lake, on a lake, in a cave, or a castle, Airbnb has you covered.

All 50+ categories give each trip a special vibe, so we wanted to share that vibe with the world.

And here’s how it looked out in the world.
